New, Improved K Series

Pacer Systems is pleased to announce the release of a significant upgrade to the popular K series routers.

The K Series routers were launched 3 years ago in 2004 and since then they have been one of Pacer's best selling lines with customers in signmaking, plastics, woodworking and aluminium fabrication.

With their precision ballscrew drives and powerful XMC control software, the Pacer K series machines are unique in providing a versatile solution which is able to do fine engraving as well as it can cut heavy sheet material in 2D as well as 3D.

Another significant change is the relocation of the long X axis drive units which are now positioned lower down so the top is level with the machine bed. This provides easier access to the bed and makes loading and unloading of large sheets much easier.

Now, the K series has been improved even further with a redesigned bed and base frame assembly. A new stronger aluminium T slot bed allows superior vacuum performance for material hold down and this can now be split into multiple zones as standard. Each zone is controlled with a valve and allows airflow to be directed to where its most needed.
