New, Upgraded Cadet for 2004
|
|
The original Pacer Cadet machine was launched in 1996 and,
thanks to the advanced design, it is still selling strongly
today and holding its own against competitive machines.
Now, eight years on, the Cadet series have been updated with
an all new control system which allows higher performance to
cope with modern demands. The controller is now the same as
that used on the larger Compact and HDS series machines and
increases the Cadet’s feed rate by 100% and significantly
improves its acceleration. The result is lower cycle times
by as much as 50% which means higher profitability,
especially on complex, fine engraving jobs.

| To handle the
uprated performance and maintain the Cadet’s high quality of
cutting, the structural stiffness has been increased by
fitting twin linear bearings to the Y axis. |
