New Lower Prices
A series of single spiral fluted cutters which are
recommended for use on plastics and aluminium, are now
priced 50% cheaper than they used to be. For general purpose
applications there is now a wide selection of twin fluted
cutters from as small as 0.4mm in diameter and starting from
less than £5.00 per tool.
Immediate Availability
All cutters are held in stock for immediate delivery and
Pacer can guarantee next day delivery on orders received

and place an order. If the tool you need is not there,
please contact Lee Jackson in Pacer Systems consumables
sales department and he should be able to supply what you
need. Wider Choice
For companies working with thinner sheet materials there
is a series of reverse spiral tools which help to hold parts
in place while cutting. With more and more CNC routers being
used for 3D machining in areas of modelmaking, mouldmaking
and rapid prototyping a new series of ball nosed cutters in
standard, long and extra long versions is starting to prove
very popular.
For machining of metals including steels and stainless
steels there are a number of TiALN coated and non-coated
cutters which perform really well and can last a long time
whilst giving an excellent cut finish
Not wanting to neglect the engravers out there, there is
a wide choice of fine engraving tools with tip diameters
ranging from 0 – 2mm for use on all materials. The TiALN
coated engraving tools are especially popular for use on
stainless steel where they produce a superb burr-free finish
and have low wear characteristics for long life.
