Pacer CNC Routers - Engraving

The precision
screw drives and fine control that can be achieved on all
Pacer machines means that they are able to do extremely
detailed engraving as easily as they can cut through thick
and tough materials. Several software and machine features
are specifically designed to help the engraver. An ‘area
fill’ feature creates optimised cutter paths for engraving
whilst integrated floating heads guarantee a constant depth
of cut into all engraving materials. |

Profile letter
cutting is a standard Pacer feature – much used by
signmakers to create attractive 3D effect lettering. Corner
sharpening is applied automatically and the machine will
even change tool (or prompt the operator to change tool if
there is no auto changer fitted) at the right time to finish
cutting out the letters. |

3D engraving is
equally easy to set up and cut. Using a pre-prepared g-code
program, all Pacer machines can create really impressive
looking results in all woods, plastics and even metals. |

Pacer CNC machines are all dual purpose in
that they can engrave and rout. This is a big timesaving
