Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Payment can be made by Visa and Mastercard credit cards. If you are a registered customer we accept Company Purchase Orders.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
Shipping And Handling
Your ordered parts will be securely packaged and sent according to the delivery method you selected when placing your order. Guaranteed next working day delivery is only available for orders received before 15:30 hrs, UK time, Monday - Friday.
Delivery Schedule
If parts are in stock they will be sent out within 1-2 working days. If any items you order are not in stock we will back order them for you and email you with the expected delivery date.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security
When the payment method of "credit card" is selected, you will be forwarded to a secure remote server where the credit card information is recorded. The payment details are encrypted using secure 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
Pacer Systems warrants that all goods purchased from this site shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship except where such defects arise from wilful damage, accident, misuse or unauthorised alteration of the goods. Any claims made under this warranty must be notified to Pacer Systems not later than 7 days from date of receipt of the goods.
